A man who sold tissues to rail passengers on trains travelling between Wimbledon and Raynes Park has been fined by magistrates.
Ovidiu-Florin Adir, a 27-year-old from Wembley, contravened a railway bylaw by selling tissues to passengers travelling on the train service, magistrates heard on Tuesday, July 22.
Mr Adir, of Willow Tree Court, Crawford Avenue, Wembley, admitted the offence and his job was listed on court documents as a paper tissue seller.
Documents show written permission is required from the railway operator for people to sell goods.
Mr Adir was fined £50, paid a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, totalling £155.
The case was heard at Wimbledon Magistrates Court on Tuesday, July 22.
