London Ambulance Service was called to the busy crossroads outside South Wimbledon station last night
Flashing blue lights diverted rush hour traffic after a moped hit a pedestrian close to South Wimbledon station last night.
London Ambulance Service (LAS) was called to Merton Road, at the junction with Kingston Road just before 6pm to reports of a road traffic collision.
A man, reported to be 18-years-old, was taken to St George's Hospital, Tooting with a leg injury and facial cut.
LAS sent one ambulance and single responder car to the scene.
