A man remains in a critical condition in hospital after a sustaining a head injury in a ‘fall’ in Wimbledon on Friday night.
Police are investigating after a man, believed to be aged 59, was taken to St George’s Hospital on Friday night by ambulance.
It was originally believed the man was in his thirties.
A police cordon remained around Graham Road, off Hartfield Road, until yesterday, three days after the incident took place.
Paramedics and the London Air Ambulance were called to the scene just after 9.50pm on Friday, May 16, to reports of a person who had fallen and was suffering head injuries.
A police spokesman said enquiries continue to establish how the man came to sustain his injuries.
