Pony rides, biscuit making and a tea stall helped to make the St Mary’s Spring Fair a success.
The event at St Mary’s RC Primary School in Russell Road, Wimbledon, raised £6,000 for the school to spend on re-developing the garden area.
Hundreds of children and their families enjoyed the fair on Saturday, March 29, which featured arts and crafts, nail painting and pony rides.
Headteacher Sarah Norville said: "The children really enjoyed it and there are a lot of them that think the ponies are part of the school and expected to see them there on Monday morning.
"It was beautiful weather."
The money was raised in entry fees, donations from local business and sponsorship from Landmark Lofts.
