A fourth telegram from the Queen was presented to 107-year-old Dorothy Adams at her birthday party in Wimbledon.
Family and friends gathered together for her landmark birthday celebration, complete with cake and singing on Wednesday February 5.
She received a telegram from the Queen on her 100th, 105th, 106th and her most recent birthday as well, and was pleased to note the Queen had a different outfit on each card.
Mrs Adams' daughter Diana Cairns, said: "It was good to get our small family together.
"We enjoyed it very much."
The party was held at the Kew House Care Home in Spencer Hill Road.
