A South West Trains train has hit a tree at Tolworth, the operator has said.
The train, from London Waterloo, was bound for Chessington South.
The crash happened just before 1pm.
A tree became lodged under the train's wheels but was cleared by a maintenance crew.
The crew deemed the train fit to travel on to Chessington.
Two trees on the tracks have been cleared and the line has reopened.
A South West Trains spokeswoman said no injuries were reported.
