Wimbledon piazza fitness fiesta hit by snow

Nuffield Health demonstrated Vipr, a pipe-shaped fitness tool which stands for Vitality, Performance and Recondition
Despite the freezing temperatures and snowfall, Merton's big fitness centres transformed Wimbledon's piazza into a giant gym.
Starting on Thursday, January 17, Nuffield Health and Virgin Active put on a display of workouts and fitness routines at the Fun in Fitness event, organised by Love Wimbledon, the business improvement district for Wimbledon.
Fun in Fitness ran for two days, with Nuffield Health on Thursday and Virgin Active on Saturday.
YMCA, who have fitness facilities at their premises on The Broadway, were supposed to participate on Friday but rescheduled after there was a heavy downpour of snow.
Mo Bouamri, sales manager for Nuffield Health Wimbledon, said "People had a chance to get involved in Body Pump, Vipr [Vitality, Performance and Reconditioning] and a great boxing class.
"We had a brilliant day and glad to have raised awareness of health and fitness within the town centre.'
