Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust has appointed a new non-executive director.
Steve Poulton, from Walton-on-the-Hill, has replaced Peter Rawlinson who recently left the trust for a new appointment.
Mr Poulton works at Pfizer, the world's largest research-based pharmaceutical company, and has experience as a senior executive, working at board-level in public and private sector organisations and previously held a non-executive role at Mid Sussex Primary Care Trust.
He holds an MBA degree from the London Business School and an MSc degree in Engineering from Imperial College London.
