Primary schools from across the borough have competed in the first ever Merton long rope skipping championship.
Harris Academy, Mitcham hosted the competition on Tuesday November 6, with Gorringe Park Primary, Lonesome Primary, Beecholme Primary, Stanford Primary and Links Primary battling it out for a chance to compete nationally.
Links Primary was victorious and will go on to represent Merton at the long rope National Panasonic Competition in Slough next year.
