A supermarket is investing nearly half a million pounds to transform their store.
The Co-Operative in Coombe Lane, Raynes Park, set to benefit from an £470,000 investment, will be temporarily closed from Monday, October 22, while refurbishments are carried out, reopening on Thursday November 1.
Matthew Young, operations manager for the store said: "This store has served the local community for many years.
"We know that local people love shopping with us, and we love to serve them, but we have also been considering ways in which we can better serve this local community.
"Raynes Park residents are passionate about their food and we want to give them a Co-operative food store that reflects this.
"The new-look store will be packed with modern and interesting meal ideas that are quick and easy to put together."
