Award-winning playwright Patrick Marber’s comedy Dealer’s Choice is coming to Croydon with a cast full of TV regulars.

Exploring the endless power play between fathers and sons, winners and losers, made men and ambitious outsiders, Dealer’s Choice is at Fairfield Halls from April 28 to 30.

It was the winner of the Evening Standard Award for Best Comedy 1995 and Writer’s Guild Award for Best West End Play.

Its stars include Emmerdale’s Neil Roberts, Glue’s Griffin Stevens and David Keyes, whose credits include Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest.

Marber was born and raised in Wimbledon and worked as a writer and performer on TV shows The Day Today and Knowing Me, Knowing You with Alan Partridge.

He later went on to write work including Closer (adapted for the screen in 2004) and After Miss Julie.

Tickets cost £20.50 or £17 concessions. Go to Fairfield.co.uk or call 020 8688 9291.
