Buzz Lightyear, Tracy Island, Optimus Prime – every year there are some must-have toys that cause a rush in the shops at Christmas.
Experts are predicting that 2014 will be the biggest year for toy sales since the heady days of 2010, with sales in Britain up 6 per cent on last year.
It comes as the Toy Retailers Association releases its list of the 12 top toys this Christmas.
So what will be this year’s Furby, Tamagotchi or Teletubbies?
