The third part in a trilogy of photography exhibitions celebrates Fairfield Halls' 50th anniversary.

Fairfield At Fifty is an exhibition set up by Frazer Ashford who wanted to celebrate the theatre’s half century.

The final part of the trilogy, Faces of Fairfield, features photographs of some of the many faces associated with and who have appeared at the venue during its 50th year.

Sixty new images commemorating this special anniversary will be on display.

The new exhibition follows on from the two previous exhibitions which showcased some of the many famous faces captured on film by Ashford during the 1970s and 80s when they performed at Fairfield Halls.

Music icons such as Elton John, David Bowie, Cliff Richard have been featured alongside stage stars like David Jason and John Cleese.

For the new exhibition, pictures from a number of performances this year including Bellowhead and strictly stars Anton and Erin are featured amongst many others.

It is the first show where Ashford is presenting photos which have been captured digitally and as well as on stage performances there are also plenty of behind the scene pictures of staff and members of the public.
