Squire's hosts spook-tacular half term fun
Get into the ghostly spirit this half term with lots of exciting activities at Squire’s Garden Centre, Long Ditton.
Bring out your detective senses with a thrilling treasure hunt around the centre, or future artists can put their colouring skills to the test in the creepy colouring competition.
There will be plenty to keep creative children busy with workshops to decorate pumpkin masks, chefs hats, monster cupcakes and spooky pencil cases, complete with googly eyes.
Sarah Squire, deputy chairman of Squire’s, said: “Our half term events are extremely popular with the children and their parents.
“The youngsters always enjoy being able show off their creative sides, and with a whole range of different activities to keep idle hands busy, they’re sure to be a hit with parents looking for inexpensive ways to entertain their children over the holidays”
Activities take place every day from Monday, October 29, to Friday, November 2. Decorate a mask and paint a spooky pencil case will run at 9.30am until noon and 1pm until 3.30pm, and design a chef’s hat and monster cupcake decoration will run at 3.30pm.
All events are priced from free to £2.50.
