Old man Thames gets new lease of life in East Molesey exhibition
10:00am Sunday 14th October 2012 in Freetime By Laura Proto
After a summer of celebration, in which the Thames played a central role, we now see the river in a different way.
Along its winding paths and banks, familiar views are altered by varying light and seasons, creating changing moods as it flows through the heart of London.
Thames - Changing Moods of the River will display ceramics in porcelain and stoneware by Beryl Hole and paintings in watercolour and pastel by Jill Story.
The exhibition will be displayed at the Fountain Gallery, East Molesey from November 6 to November 18. The gallery is open Tuesday to Sundays from 10.30am to 5.30pm.
