Croydon's comedy venue lines up a stella comic cast
9:23am Wednesday 5th September 2012 in Freetime By Nick Hitchens
John Mann
Jongleurs is laying on some slap up grub and some top quality comedy to wash it down with.
Club regular John Mann brings his sharp dry wit to the table, teasing his audience, providing handy hints for shoplifting, and timing his jibes to perfection.
His skills have seen him support the likes of Phill Jupitus and Lenny Henry and his fans include radio presenter Johnny Vaughan.
Daniel Townes has been recognized as one of Australia’s best live comedians.
He has won over audiences from Spain to South Africa and all over the UK. In 2011 he was shortlisted for the People’s Choice Award and Sydney’s Best Comedian in the 2011 Time Out Magazine Awards.
Ninia Benjamin regularly headlines venues like Jongleurs, Glee Clubs and Bound & Gagged.
In 2003 she was nominated for best newcomer at the British Comedy Awards and won best comedy for Three Non-Blondes at the Screen Nation Awards.
With an infectious sense of humour and screen presence, she is a favourite guest on many popular discussion shows.
