Adventurer Alastair Humphreys will be telling the tale of his four-year long journey around the world and more in an inspiring and funny talk.

Humphreys will share his experiences from his self-funded 46,000-mile cycle ride along the length of the earth’s three great landmasses - Africa, the Americas and Eurasia.

Adventurer Benedict Allen has called the ride "an epic adventure" with Sir Ranulph Fiennes, the first person to cross Antarctica completely on foot, saying it was "probably the first great adventure of the new millennium".

The trip took Humphreys from the deserts of Sudan to a Siberian winter, from Albania to Zimbabwe, from the Dead Sea to Andean heights, and raised funds and awareness for the Hope and Homes for Children charity.
