Sugababe Amelle Berrah's boyfriend has been transferred to St Helier Hospital after both his kidneys failed.
Doctors say Freddie Fuller needs an emergency kidney transplant after he was attacked with a machete in Aldershot on Christmas Eve.
The 25-year-old is on dialysis while he waits for a transplant.
The former tree surgeon also sustained serious arm and leg injuries in the attack and had to undergo a six-hour operation in Frimley Park Hospital, Surrey.
His 23-year-old girlfriend cancelled a Caribbean holiday so she could pay him daily visits.
A 28-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and released on bail.
