Anthony Christopher 'Tony' Gnap, 1959-2014

Much loved husband of Barby,
Loving father to Lucy, Sam, Rose & Alice.

Time for me to go now, I won't say goodbye;
Look for me in rainbows, way up in the sky.
In the morning sunrise when all the world is new,
Just look for me and love me,
as you know I loved you.

Tony's funeral will take place on Friday 5th December at St James’ Church, Martin Way, Morden at 9.30am, with burial at North East Surrey Crematorium, Lower Morden Lane at 11am.

All who knew and loved Tony are welcome to attend the funeral or join us at the Ashridge Way Residents Club from 12.30pm.

Floral tributes can be sent to WA Truelove & Sons, Morden or see watltd.co.uk for online donations.

Maybe, and if you are really lucky, you will meet someone as you go through life who, having met this person, you know, something special has just happened and your life will never be the same again. That’s how we feel about Tony Gnap.
When I think about Tony, a hundred of my life’s best memories flash before my eyes. I will miss this lovely man, best man at our wedding and someone I feel privileged to call my friend, very much. Whenever I think about Tony I’m flooded with a mixture of happiness and sadness. Happiness, laughter and fun that comes from being in his presence. Sadness that we can’t be in the same room with him again, share a joke with him and enjoy a loving hug.
Thank you Tony for coming into our life. You gave so much to me, Jean my wife and my children. We’ll always have you in our thoughts.
